TradeScreen Inc. (“TradeScreen”) engages the third-party service providers listed below to process Customer Data in connection with the TradeScreen platform. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations consistent with applicable data protection law and TradeScreen's Data Processing Addendum.

TradeScreen will provide at least fifteen (15) days' advance notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes Customer Data. Notice will be provided by updating this page and, where the Customer has subscribed to subprocessor change notifications, by email to the Customer's designated contact.
Customers may object to the engagement of a new subprocessor on reasonable grounds relating to data protection by submitting a written objection to legal@tradescreen.app within the notice period. TradeScreen and the Customer will work in good faith to resolve the objection. If no resolution is reached, the Customer may terminate the affected portion of the services in accordance with the applicable agreement.
